Our story

Who manages castutor?

www.castutor.org is Student Managed for Students improvement. The daily management is run by a team of Springstead High students. Our management team is supported by Great Teachers and Springstead Alumni to ensure our success.

Our Vision

In 2020 we know the pandemic caused many students to struggle, so we created support through a virtual and inperson tutoring service for Hernando Elementary, Middle and Highschool students. We wanted to make tutoring accessible to everyone, so we made it free.

Who are our Tutors?

Our tutors are amazing students from Hernando County, they have mastery in many different topics and love helping their peers achieve academuc success. Also, time spent tutoring is eligible for bright futures Volunteer hours, which help local students earn scholarships for college tuition.
